April 7, 2021 - The School of Education is proud to have a faculty member’s work accepted to the Santa Rosa Island – Gateway to Expression Exhibition.
Dr. Annie White, Assistant Professor of Education – Early Childhood Studies, will have the opportunity to showcase her research at the virtual exhibition in May. The exhibition, put together by CSU Channel Island’s Santa Rosa Island Research Station (SRIRS) and the Art Department’s Napa Gallery, will consist of creative work and research inspired and supported by the SRIRS and Santa Rosa Island.
The exhibit is being organized by a jury committee who carefully selected work from over 150 submissions of artwork from 40 artists. Submissions for the exhibit ranged from artwork, capstone projects, creative research, and practices created or inspired by visits to the Station. Artists ranged from current students, alumni, faculty, and staff, to local community members.
