SOE’s Fara Ravan was selected as a member of the 2019-2020 CSU Educator Quality Center (EdQ) Data and Improvement Fellowship Cohort. Eleven data professionals from across the CSU representing a variety of years of experience, roles and campus environments are a part of this new cohort. EdQ developed this year-long experience for data professionals interested in digging deeply into improvement concepts and engaging in cross-campus learning and sharing to improve their practice. The cohort is designed to promote open and honest dialogue and sharing about best practices in data collection for the purposes of continuous improvement.
